What is a "Yoke" in Jewelry? | BowmanOriginals

"Yoke" is our name for the "U" shape part we designed and created to hold two link chains together side by side. The opposite side of the Yoke houses the  components of the Toggle Clasp. Toggle clasps are good options to other clasps  when clients have difficulty operating smaller clasps such as lobster clasps. When made properly Toggle Clasps are secure, attractive and easy to operate. The relationship between the length of the Toggle and the inside diameter of the Toggle Ring are critical in a successful Toggle Clasp design. Our Two Row Toggle Bracelets have "Fluid" look and feel. These bracelets are handmade in Sterling Silver in the Bowman Originals Workshop in Sarasota, Fl. . Some bracelets are accented with 18k Yellow Gold Ornaments.
